Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original clear bags and place them inside the mailing bag, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Ship Your Items
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop the package off at your nearest designated courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
